My review on here gets deleted every time. I was told I had 8 cavities and went elsewhere and they said I only had 1. They never showed me the x-rays either.

I broke a tooth while at work and this place was amazing. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and right before Easter weekend and I wasn't already a patient. Loved this dentist and her staff!!!!

First I want to start by saying I do love this establishment and they are normally great. Today, however, I am very disappointed and upset. I live an hour out of town and had an apt for this morning at 9am. First off, I never received anything in the days leading up to my apt to confirm. I've also had this set for 3 weeks because one of your filings had fallen out a good 4 weeks ago and this was the soonest you could see me. I left my house and along the way called the office to inform them I may be a little late due to the road conditions. Their voice mail then informs me they wouldn't start seeing people until 10am because of the weather. Ok, no problem, I'll just wait for them. That's understandable. I made that call around 830am. I'm almost to town and just to ensure i heard correctly i call again to listen to the voice mail at 9am. Still says they'll open at 10am, perfect. So here I am waiting patiently for them to open. 10am comes and I give them a few minutes to open, try to go in at 1003. No luck. Ok, maybe they need a few extra minutes? Back to the car. 1010am I try again, still locked. That's odd. So I call again to see if maybe they just forgot to unlock the door? Nope, NOW the voice mail says they arent opening at all. Are you kidding me!?! I drive over an hour in this weather on these dangerous roads for you to last minute decide you don't want to work today?!? What pissed me off the most to be honest, if you have clients with appointments, at least have the decency to call and inform them! Don't just hope they call and hear your voice mail or let them drive to your establishment to find out you won't be in! If you REALLY cared about people's safety on these roads you wouldn't leave it to chance.
